Return and Refund Policy

If you’ve ordered something that isn’t quite right for you, simply return the product within one year from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Please note that all returns valued at $300 or more are subject to a 20% processing fee. If multiple purchases or multiple quantities are made of the same product over a period of time, the one year warranty shall apply to the most recent product purchase or a single quantity of this product with the most recent purchase date. The previous purchases of the same product are not eligible for the one year warranty. You should receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of the product.

CalmWay reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
